The power of the coach + athlete relationship is a core part of Nike’s DNA and is a crucial part of the brand’s mission to “make athlete* dreams real.”

“Coach the Dream” became the first ever global platform for Nike Coaching, inspiring a generation of coaches to create better early experiences in youth sport, especially for girls and kids with disabilities. The “Coach the Dream” campaign came to life through an anthem film voiced by Coach Emma Hayes, a global hub at Nike.com/Coaching, and an event series with coaching summits in Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles and Nike HQ in Beaverton.
